Hello, I’m Dima.
I design products that make it all the way to production.
Senior product designer across SaaS, fintech and Web3/crypto. I build design systems and token architecture in Figma, then ship them as production-ready UI with AI-native workflows. Full cycle: from discovery and research to delivery and post-launch iteration.

Experience
Ten-plus years of designing products that earn: SaaS, fintech, crypto, e-commerce. From three-person startups to products moving millions.
In recent years my focus shifted from “drawing screens” to “building the system”: design tokens, component libraries and AI workflows that cut the path from mockup to production by an order of magnitude.

Contract & Freelance
Senior Product Designer
An independent product practice: I take web and mobile products from the first sketch to a deployed build.
- End-to-end web and mobile design: UX architecture, hi-fi UI, handoff.
- Marketing sites delivered whole: design, Astro build, deploy. Not a mockup handed over, a live URL.
- Design systems set up for client teams: variables, modes, component libraries, drift checked by script.

xPaid
Product Designer
A crypto payments product where I covered the full surface, from the public site to the wallet people keep their own keys in.
- Non-custodial mobile wallet: onboarding, keys, send and receive, transaction states.
- On and off-ramp flows for buying and cashing out crypto, plus the marketing sites behind them.
- Pitch decks and brand collateral for fundraising and partner conversations.

NDA · Crypto Product
Product Designer
Two years inside a memecoin ecosystem under NDA: not one product but a whole shelf of them.
- Launchpad and no-code constructor: token launch, landing page and smart contract in one flow.
- Analytics platform for memecoin markets and an in-house DEX for swaps.
- Gamified token products and Telegram clicker apps, built for retention rather than the launch spike.

Contract & Freelance
UX/UI Designer
Client work across web and mobile, mostly product teams that needed a designer who thinks in flows, not screens.
- Web and mobile apps for direct clients and small product teams.
- Full cycle per project: research, flows, UI, prototype, handoff.
- Solo mode: scope, timeline and communication were mine as much as the design was.
2018–19
Paracosm.Company
UX/UI Designer
UX/UI at a cross-reality platform: the Post Scriptum universe, built on distributed-ledger technology.
- Interfaces for the platform’s game products: inventories, token trading, progression.
- Paracosm Key, the cross-platform player ID that carries assets between games.
- First deep exposure to blockchain-backed products, four years before the crypto years.

MLSDev
UX/UI Designer
An outsourcing studio: a new domain every few months, which is exactly what taught me to get productive inside an unfamiliar product fast.
- Web and mobile apps across dating, food delivery, food social, logistics and entertainment.
- Client-facing from the start: requirements, revisions, handoff to engineering teams.
- The volume that builds the hand: many projects, short cycles, no time to fall in love with one screen.

Web Soft Group / Lampa
Web & Mobile Designer
Where it started: web design for logistics and e-commerce, then mobile apps end to end at Lampa.
- Logistics and e-commerce websites, from layout to production markup.
- Mobile apps at Lampa taken all the way: splash, app UI, store assets, ad creatives.
- The release discipline: work ships to a store, not to a folder.
